Course Aim | To explore in depth the gendered dimensions of social security in India, especially for rural and informal women workers, and to foster a transformative understanding of women’s work. Through a participatory and reflective process, the programme aims to empower participants to question dominant narratives around women’s empowerment, explore inclusive models of work, and co-develop strategies for advancing gender-equitable labour practices. |
