To equip participants with a robust understanding of India’s labour law framework, particularly in light of the new Labour Codes and therefore, enabling them to institutionalise legally compliant, socially responsible, and future-ready workplace practices. The programme aims to bridge the gap between legal mandates and startup realities, fostering an ecosystem that values compliance as a strategic enabler for inclusive growth, ethical leadership, and long-term sustainability. The programme will also serve as a platform to discuss existing policies, schemes, as well as the key challenges relevant to Startup ecosystem in the country.
