The programme aims to address the larger questions on intersection of paid work and unpaid unpaid/care work and recognition of care as a right that need to be incorporated into the policy framework for facilitating women’s employment and sustenance in the labour market. The programme would also provide an orientation on the new labour codes and its implications on the labour market. |
