TO PROVIDE A CONCEPTUAL UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR STANDARDS IN THE WORLD OF WORK.
TO UNDERSTAND THE VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL LABOUR STANDARDS INTERNATIONAL INSTRUMENTS AND GOOD PRACTICES ON GENDER EQUALITY. TO SENSITIZE THE PARTICIPANTS ABOUT THE EXISTING LEGAL AND NATIONAL POLICES ON PROMOTION OF GENDER EQUALITY AT THE WORKPLACE.
